The 25% deposit to secure the hiring of Cowboy Honor to your event is refundable upon the cancellation of the contract 30 days prior to the event.
The travel costs are fuel expenses for the re-enactors' round-trip travels from Howard Lake to the event location, and the return trip.
The lodging and meal costs are usually paid for by the event, or sponsors of the event. Cowboy Honor can promote those sponsors during the evnet, and have a performance at their establishment during the day.
