FEES TO ENTERTAIN & EDUCATE YOUR GUESTS
AT YOUR UPCOMING EVENT:
$100 PER RE-ENACTOR PER DAY
$50 PER RE-ENACTOR'S HORSE PER DAY
PLUS LODGING/MEALS (UPON DISCUSSION WITH COORDINATOR)
PLUS TRAVEL COSTS (UPON DISCUSSION WITH COORDINATOR)
Each Re-enactor carries liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance is provided upons request.
Upon proposal agreement between Cowboy Honor and Event Coordinator a contract will be forthcoming. Along with the contract signature by the Event Coordinator, a 25% deposit is required to secure the event. Upon arrival to your event location, Cowboy Honor's re-enators will meet with your local law enforsement to discuss the use and inspection of our firearms (pistols, rifles, shotguns) and blanks. At all times, we believe in safety first, and will adhere to your law enforsement's code of ethics. We will also need to meet with the event coordinator for set-up directions, and finalize the payment of the remaining fees due.
